KLSD students’ well-being is our priority, and we recognize that social, emotional, and physical health are crucial for lifelong growth. We are excited to be collaborating with the Northwell School Mental Health Partnership to foster well-being in all students, addressing the critical need for youth mental health services through programs that include:

• Community education webinars

• Parent support groups

• Monthly newsletters and mental health care resources

• Student advocacy and peer support program

• Professional development on mental health topics for teachers and administrators

• Consultation and support for the school district staff

• Collaboration to help increase access to mental health services
