Lunchtime means downtime!
Indie from Ridgefield Operation Animal Rescue joined students during common lunch. Students and staff enjoyed spending time with her, petting her and giving her treats. "She also visits to work with students in speech therapy sessions for emotional support and social language skills," said Elayna Krebser, Speech-Language Pathologist. The little dog has a lot to do with reducing student stress and helping learners feel at ease.
